2019 has been quite an eventful year for ROBUST UK. We’ve joined Novoferm Group, refurbished our offices and added more products to our Secured by Design portfolio. But the excitement only just begins! With our acquisition by Novoferm nearing completion, we have some big updates to announce!

Firstly, we are currently in the process of refreshing our website. We felt our current site was at risk of getting left behind and in need of an overhaul, so its being updated for a more modern, streamlined look with lots of new features. This will help improve the customer experience, making the website more user friendly and more comprehensive to help the customer find what they’re looking for.

We are also looking to begin expanding our product range by offering Novoferm group products to our customers. Our current facilities, based in Stoke-on-Trent, have the capability to manufacture a wide range of doors in all sizes. Meanwhile, the wider facilities offered by the Novoferm Group allow us to offer large Sliding doors, more Ballistic doors, Fire rated and Non-Fire rated Aluminium doors and a wider range of Acoustic doors to our existing range.

We appreciate that our lead times have been slightly longer than usual in recent months. This has come from the increasing volume of orders placed. We are actively looking at methods of increasing capacity in both the short and long term so we can continue to support our customer base.

Finally, we are exhibiting at the International Security Expo at Olympia London on 3^rd & 4^th December. This is a free-to-attend exhibition and unites the entire security community, allowing shared learning and collaboration. We are extremely keen to meet with any clients who would like to discuss projects or specific requirements. Or, if you’d simply like to meet up for a chat while we are at Olympia!
